The reports a construction project asks for

  • Daily site report

An approved diary entry becomes a clean daily report: weather, workforce, work carried out, delays and photos, ready to send to the client.

  • Weekly progress report

The week’s diary entries rolled into one report per project — what was done, by how many people, and what held the job up.

  • Task and RFI registers

The task report and the RFI log, filtered by project, status and dates, to show exactly what is open, overdue or closed.

  • Attendance and payroll

Shifts, weekly timesheets and the payroll workbook for any period, totalled per worker with regular and overtime hours.

  • Photo report

Pick the photos of a project and a period, add captions and turn them into a PDF photo report for progress claims and handovers.

  • PDF, Excel and CSV

A PDF to send as it is, an Excel workbook to work on, or a CSV file to feed another system. The same data, the format you need.

From site data to a report

  1. Choose the report

Daily, weekly, register, tasks, RFIs, attendance or photos.

  2. Set the scope

Pick the project, the site and the period — a day, a week, a month or any date range.

  3. Export and share

Download the PDF, the workbook or the CSV and send it to the client, the office or payroll.

Questions about reports

Which construction reports can SiteNext generate?

Daily site reports, weekly progress reports, the site diary register, task reports, the RFI register and single RFI reports, attendance lists, weekly timesheets, the payroll workbook and photo reports.

Do I have to write the daily report myself?

No. The daily report is generated from the diary entry your team filled in on site, once it is approved. There is nothing to retype.

Can I get the raw data instead of a PDF?

Yes. Reports are also available as Excel workbooks and CSV files, so you can analyze the data or import it into another tool.

Who is allowed to export reports?

Exports follow the same access rules as the screens: people only export what they are allowed to see.
