Software built for the people who run construction sites

SiteNext puts the site diary, the schedule, RFIs, attendance, team chat and reports in one place, so the office and the field stop working from different versions of the truth.

Why we are building SiteNext

On most sites the daily record still lives in a paper diary, the schedule in a spreadsheet, the questions in WhatsApp groups and the hours on a sheet pinned in the cabin. Each of them works on its own. Together they mean the same information is typed three times, a decision is lost the day someone changes phone, and nobody can say with confidence what happened on a given day six months ago.

SiteNext replaces that patchwork with one platform where each piece knows about the others: a diary entry moves the schedule forward, an RFI explains why a task is blocked, a clock-in shows who is on site today, and the daily report writes itself from what the team already entered.

What SiteNext does

  • Site diary — One structured daily record per site: weather, workforce, progress, photos — approved and exported as a report.
  • Scheduling and tasks — A Gantt schedule with dependencies, tasks with owners and due dates, and progress that follows the site.
  • Time tracking — Crews clock in from their phone with GPS and photo; hours roll up into weekly timesheets ready for payroll.
  • RFI management — Raise a request for information from site, route it to who can answer, and keep the official response on record.
  • Team chat — Project channels, direct messages and a thread on every task, so decisions stay with the job.
  • Reports — Daily, weekly and register reports built from what the team already entered — PDF, Excel or CSV.
  • Site app — Clock in, fill in the diary, take photos and update tasks from any phone or tablet on site.

How we work

SiteNext is in private beta. We are opening it to a limited number of construction teams — general contractors, civil and infrastructure, fit-out, trades and the subcontractors who work with them — and building it alongside them: what they need on site decides what we build next.

Pricing is deliberately simple: one price per admin, and everyone else on the job joins for free. A tool only works if the whole site uses it, so we do not charge for the people it depends on. See the pricing page.

Who is behind it

SiteNext is an independent software company based in Rennes, France. The product is built in France and hosted in the European Union. The company details are on the legal notice, and how we handle your data is set out in the privacy policy.
